Recent IAS Transfers in Andhra Pradesh

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has recently transferred 11 IAS officers. Among them, Shyamala Rao, who was serving as TTD EO, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of GID. Clarification on Anga Pradakshinam Tickets

A devotee asked about Anga Pradakshinam on November 8. The ticket showed 8:01 AM, but since that day is Saturday, they wondered if the seva is available. Anga Pradakshinam is performed on all days except Friday. On Fridays, Abhishekam is performed for the deity, hence Anga Pradakshinam is not conducted. Since November 8 falls on Saturday, the seva will be available as booked. Devotees must report the night before, take a holy dip in Swami Pushkarini between 12 AM and 1 AM, and then join for the seva.

Break Darshan During Brahmotsavam

Another question was about Break Darshan on October 2. From September 24 to October 2, the annual Brahmotsavam festival takes place. During these dates, all privileged darshans such as Senior Citizens, Recommendation Letters, and free Supadam entries for parents with infants under one year are cancelled. Hence, Break Darshan will not be available until October 2.

Kalyanotsavam Tickets on Vaikuntha Ekadashi

A devotee asked if Kalyanotsavam tickets are available on Vaikuntha Ekadashi. The answer is no. For the ten days of Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan, all Arjitha sevas, Lucky Dip services, First-come Arjitha services, and Virtual sevas are cancelled. On those days, only devotees with ₹300 Special Entry tickets, Srivani Trust tickets, Donor tickets, and SSD tokens will be allowed darshan through Vaikuntha Dwaram.

Accommodation Check-in Timings

Another devotee asked if they could check in to their booked room before the time slot mentioned. The system does not allow this. For example, if you booked a slot between 12 PM and 5:59 PM, your online accommodation receipt will only scan at the ARP counter within that time frame. If you arrive earlier, the receipt will not be accepted. If you arrive late, the booking is automatically cancelled. Therefore, devotees must strictly follow the selected check-in slot.

Extension of Room Stay

Rooms allotted by TTD are valid for 24 hours. If devotees fail to vacate within this time, the stay automatically extends to a second day, giving them a maximum of 47 hours in total. In such cases, the charge for the second day must also be paid. For example, if a room costs ₹100 per day, staying beyond 24 hours means an extra ₹100 will be charged. All devotees must vacate within 47 hours of allotment.

Clarification on Offline ₹300 Tickets

Many devotees asked if ₹300 Special Entry tickets are available offline. The answer is no. These tickets are only issued online, released three months in advance. Currently, tickets up to November are already booked. December month tickets will be released at the end of this month.

Offline Option Through Srinivasa Divyanugraha Homam

Until July 30, devotees could get offline darshan through Srinivasa Divyanugraha Homam tickets issued at Alipiri. Around 50 tickets were given daily. Devotees who participated in the homam were allowed darshan the same day through the ₹300 queue. However, this system was stopped on August 1. From then, these tickets were merged into the online quota, with 200 homam tickets released online for August and September.

Who Gets Offline ₹300 Tickets Now

Currently, offline ₹300 tickets are issued only to special categories:

• Defense personnel such as Air Force, Navy, and NRIs with dependent cards can get tickets at the ATC Circle counter by showing their ID.
• Devotees who bring VIP recommendation letters must submit them at the JEO Office in Tirumala and pay ₹300 per person to get offline tickets.
  For general devotees, no offline tickets are available. They must book online in advance.

Daily Pilgrim Statistics

On September 8 (Monday), a total of 77,117 devotees had darshan of Lord Venkateswara. Among them, 22,765 devotees offered hair tonsure. The hundi collection for the day was ₹2.10 crore.

Current Crowd Situation

As of today morning at 6 AM, about 10 compartments of Vaikuntham Queue Complex-2 were filled with devotees waiting for free darshan. For them, the waiting time is expected to be around 8 hours. For devotees joining later in the day, the waiting time may extend to 10–12 hours.

Time Taken for Different Ticket Holders

• Devotees with SSD tokens or Divya Darshan tokens from footpath routes are experiencing waiting times of 3–4 hours.
• Devotees with ₹300 Special Entry tickets or ₹500 Virtual Seva tickets are taking about 2–3 hours for darshan.
• Free darshan without tokens is taking 8–12 hours, depending on crowd flow.

Aadhaar Card Requirement

All devotees must carry their Aadhaar cards for verification. Without valid ID proof, darshan will not be allowed.
